Stagecoach Group plc's associated company, Road King Infrastructure Limited, has announced its results for the year ended 31 December 1999.

Turnover (group and share of infrastructure joint ventures) for the year amounted to HK$875.2 million (1998 - HK$910.1 million) and profit before tax amounted to HK$625.5 million (1998 - HK$492.5 million).

Profit before tax includes gains on the disposal of interest in an infrastructure joint venture of HK$211.8 million (1998 - nil).
