Stagecoach Group plc's associated company, Road King Infrastructure Limited, has announced its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2001.

Profit attributable to shareholders for the six-month period was HK$186.010 million, compared to HK$239.955 million for the six months ended 30 June 2000.

Turnover from group operations and share of infrastructure joint ventures for the period amounted to HK$467.255 million compared with HK$449.296 million for the same period in 2000.

Earnings per share was HK$0.33.
